I don’t think it is very necessary to apply some technical and psychological tricks and therapies on children to provoke them for initiating positive activates and creating self-esteem in their personalities as the children are already full of energies and enthusiasm which make them active and sparking figure. They are quite oblivious, vigilant, shaky and noisy to convey their demands and feel bad when elders hesitate to adopt their velocity of doing and rapid fulfillment of desires they put forward to their parents and people around them. 

Same scenario with all children is seldom and there is some special characters regarding behaviors and attitudes that we name as individual behaviors differences. This is not possible to enforce same studies and same activities on all children in a class. We would diffidently get fail. Why? Because we will ignored the individual interests and differences in their behaviors and self derived conducts. Then how can we manage things to unify behaviors and attitudes to cop with single curriculum and in same premises to handle different interests, behaviors and conducts? Yes it is bit difficult and a way apart from regular studies procedures but still we are capable enough to manage such diverse attitudes and then pointing out less activated and dull behaviors of some special students with some behaviors like ADD and ADHD or various known syndromes that occur in personality development like eating disorder, poor heath and sickness disorder, unipolar and bipolar disorders. All above told disorders actually slow down and some time jam the children activities and push them to seek a refuge corner where they could hide themselves and feel relief to stay away from normal life sparks and hazards with challenges and thrills to avoid interact with them. 

Positively speaking, here we diffidently need to apply modern personality development and self recognition skills to motivate such affected children to let them realize for their hidden talents and ability to perform things and accept challenges like normal boys and girls who practice this. We need to amplify their existing positive attitudes in a group of normal students, where they could observe keenly that how these normal students feel and how they do while they have same body and same size of brain as they possess with them. 

Care do apply here while conducting any procedure like this because this can affect with more ADD and ADHD attacks if such children with bad behaviors and notorious attitudes handled with aggressive and stressed way of teaching and training. 

Well! Here we would tell a complete procedure of unifying our special friends with normal people at school in a single class room. 

  1. Teacher can conduct an inter student discussions and interviews. For this purpose, she can make multiple groups with nearby bench students but not same bench sharing students. Every student will ask a predefined set of question of his own interest and with arrangement routine of his own. This is only to avoid non-serious and non-objectives things. So student will interview each other and would write down received answers on same question sheet. They will handover this sheet of each student to their trainer or teacher.
  2. Now teacher would put them on a new task to draw their own portrait with the help of a tinny mirror, thus they would get busy and teacher would make a result sheet and would mark the good behaviors and bad behaviors out of interview sheets and would arrange regrouping with good answers to a bad answers sheet student and on completion of drawing, they would read out each group’s sheets loudly before whole class students.
  3. Techer can provoke low esteemed students to get prominent with an inter class journal with their own stories and experiences to publish. They will write only that they have encountered while at school, home or on some trip with their parents.
  4. Teacher can make groups of low esteem students and can tell them to manage their skills for a competition with another low esteemed group from some other part of same school and this completion should be like some game with very reasonable profile of easy steps and with less hassle.
  5. Teacher would promote the causes of students and would lead them to convey their demands and want to the school authorities for proper fulfillments, thus children would learn to criticize their own culture and life they live in suggestion from their part to improve conditions.
  6. Best mom and best pa completions with several games with teacher, students and parents interactions can have very positive and thrilling affect onto children personalities and teacher would brief the parents of low esteemed students to provoke their kids while the game is on and would motivate their kids for won work attitudes stimulations for the sake of parents and themselves.
  7. Putting student with creative works like making two teams and one would behave as sellers with typical marketing techniques while other would act like buyer for the goods team A sells. Here students would coin new terms and slogans to market their products like their own pictures,  portraits, handicrafts, pens, paper stuff and many more that they could produce in their activity periods.
  8. Now it is the time to conclude all that students have practiced and teacher would allow them to write a letter to themselves for the experiences they shared in such activities with their trainer and fellow classmates. They would address the envelop with self and teacher would post it on end terms examinations.

Purpose for the above exercises is to get acknowledgements about low esteem students with behavior disorders to identify and next to let them know about the things they can do like normal people do and then some handy practices help them to provoke themselves and let them aware very about them that they are capable enough to proceed anything and any challenge they face in life.
